One of the good yet difficult practices in many of the organizations that I’ve observed is INTEGRATION. If one has an idea, a concept, a great innovative solution, one must try to find a way to fit it into the whole company. Having agreed that it fits, we then start a boring journey: IMPLEMENTATION. Very often many projects, concepts and brilliant ideas fail due to the missing managerial buy-in and excitement at every level. Each time it’s like an experiment, a new way of doing things without the benefits being immediately apparent – only in the long run.
